OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES OF IMPLEMENTING THE DUAL EDUCATION MODEL IN THE CONTEXT OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the pedagogical foundations and practical opportunities for implementing the dual education model in Uzbekistan. The study highlights the effectiveness of dual education in integrating theoretical and practical knowledge, preparing students for the labor market, and developing personal and social skills. Additionally, the experiences of Germany and other
foreign countries are examined, and the opportunities and challenges of dual education in Uzbekistan are identified based on pilot projects. Recommendations for expanding dual education, improving teacher training, and fostering effective
cooperation with enterprises are provided. The results of the study have practical significance for the development of pedagogy and vocational education.
