SOCIO-TECHNOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO CONFLICT MANAGEMENT IN MODERN SCHOOLS
Abstract
Communication is the basic concept of communication psychology. When interacting, people pursue different motives. Depending on the goal, effective and ineffective relationships can be distinguished. When people's goals match, relationships become productive. In recent years, the number of discussions and publications on this issue has increased on a large scale, as this issue, firstly, is relevant today, and secondly, it has been studied by foreign and domestic scientists on this topic and considered this issue from different angles, therefore, studying this issue will allow a broader definition of the topic.
