SYNERGETIC APPROACH TO DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE IN MILITARY SERVANTS
Abstract
The article is devoted to highlighting the issues of a synergistic approach based on the development of professional competence of future military personnel, which is one of the important factors in the successful implementation of the military pedagogue's pedagogical activity. The article substantiates the content of the concepts of professional competence, synergetic approach, and the interrelationship between them.
