Abstract

This article provides a comparative and legal analysis of the legal nature of smart contracts based on blockchain technology, the specific features of their application, and the experience of legal regulation in the international context. The legislative framework and judicial practice of the USA, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and developed countries in Asia are studied, and scientific and practical proposals and recommendations are developed for their implementation into the national legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as for the development of the field of digital law.
