THE NEED FOR KAIZEN TECHNOLOGY IN THE PROCESS OF TRANSFORMATION OF HIGHER EDUCATION
Abstract
This article provides a scientific analysis of the development of management culture among future teachers in the context of higher education transformation in a modernizing society. Particular attention is given to the essence and application of Kaizen technology in the educational process. The study also presents practical examples and effective solutions for developing management culture. The findings indicate that this approach contributes to improving the quality of education.
