Abstract

This thesis analyzes the role and characteristics of cognitive processes in the process of adaptation of primary school students to school. Children's cognitive processes, such as perception, attention, memory, thinking and imagination, are important factors in the effective organization of educational activities. The study highlights the age-related psychological characteristics of primary school students and the level of development of cognitive processes in their adaptation to the school environment. The importance of using visual aids, game technologies and interactive methods in the educational process is also substantiated.
