DYNAMICS OF THE LINKAGE BETWEEN DIGITAL ECONOMY AND YOUTH EMPLOYMENT IN UZBEKISTAN
Abstract
This article focuses on examining the rapid development of the digital economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan and its role in ensuring youth employment. It analyzes the limitations of the traditional labor market and explores the opportunities to reduce youth unemployment through venture projects, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services, and freelance activities. The research results demonstrate that state investments in IT education and digital infrastructure directly increase the rate of gainful employment among youth in the regions.
