Abstract

This article analyzes the extent to which the primary technical and tactical sets (complexes) in the sport of Uzbek Martial Arts (O'JS) comply with the principles of human biomechanics. Within the framework of the research, the kinematic chain of striking, defending, and moving techniques, as well as the distribution of the center of gravity and muscle coordination, were studied. The results indicate that O'JS complexes make maximum use of body rotational movements and ground reaction force, thereby minimizing the negative impact of kinetic energy on the joints.
