ANALYSIS OF A SYSTEM FOR REMOTE MONITORING OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF WAGON WHEEL COUPLES DURING OPERATION AND FORECASTING OF DEFECTS
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada temir yo‘l transportida harakat xavfsizligini ta’minlashning dolzarb muammolaridan biri — vagon g‘ildirak juftliklarining texnik holatini ekspluatatsiya jarayonida masofaviy monitoring qilish masalasi tadqiq etilgan. An’anaviy statsionar tekshiruv usullarining kamchiliklari tahlil qilinib, narsalar interneti (IoT) va simsiz datchiklar texnologiyasiga asoslangan innovatsion "Smart Wheel" ("Aqlli g‘ildirak") tizimi taklif etilgan. Maqolada datchiklarning joylashuvi, texnik parametrlari, energiya tejamkorligi samaradorligi hamda ma’lumotlarni uzatish zanjiri algoritmlari batafsil yoritilgan. Shuningdek, datchiksiz va datchikli tizimlarning ekspluatatsiya dinamikasi raqamli ma’lumotlar hamda qiyosiy grafik tahlili yordamida asoslab berilgan. Tizimning joriy etilishi nuqsonlarni erta bosqichda aniqlash, to‘satdan sinish xavfini bartaraf etish va vagon g‘ildiraklarining xizmat muddatini uzaytirish imkonini berishi isbotlangan.
