Ushbu maqolada temir tanqisligi anemiyasining fiziologik va
patofiziologik asoslari yoritilgan. Temirning organizmdagi biologik ahamiyati,
uning so‘rilishi, tashilishi va zaxiralanish mexanizmlari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek,
ferritin, transferrin va gepsidinning temir almashinuvidagi o‘rni hamda temir
tanqisligi natijasida yuzaga keladigan metabolik va funksional o‘zgarishlar ko‘rib
chiqilgan. Temir tanqisligi anemiyasining rivojlanish bosqichlari, laborator
diagnostika usullari va klinik belgilari tavsiflangan. Tadqiqot natijalari temir
tanqisligini erta aniqlash, samarali davolash hamda uning asoratlarini oldini olishda
muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
