Abstract

Children’s clothing plays a significant role in ensuring comfort, safety, and healthy physical development during early childhood. Among various types of children’s garments, overalls are considered one of the most practical and comfortable clothing items for preschool children because they provide freedom of movement, protection from weather conditions, and convenience during daily activities. This article examines the design principles, pattern-making process, material selection, and manufacturing technology of overalls for preschool children. It also discusses ergonomic requirements, fabric characteristics, production techniques, quality control, and the application of modern technologies in garment manufacturing. The study emphasizes the importance of combining functionality, safety, aesthetics, and durability in children’s clothing production.
